September 10th through 12th, 2024

Just had a visit to Brevort Lake in Michigan.  Great time.  Being a Navy man for years have been around the world and seen many beautiful places but not like this place.  Cabin great, awesome beds, well stocked with everything you need.  There is a reason this is called God’s country, peace and quiet; and I mean quiet.  Sunsets were amazing.  Strongly recommend this for a get away.  Give it 50 out of 10! We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to use our tritoon and catch a few fish. We had enough for a small fish fry. Delicious! We did some site seeing too. Thanks!

The bunkhouse was absolutely adorable. My favorite part was sitting on the dock watching the sunset. I see why everyone refers to the U.P. as “God’s country”. The grandkids loved the bunkhouse and watching movies in the evening.

June 8th through June 29th, 2024

This is our 4th year in the cabins. We adore this lake and have vacationed here for 25 years. The new shower is amazing! We love how you can fish, swim, jet ski, tube, climb the dunes, relax by the fire and maybe even see the Northern Lights all in one place. It’s a family tradition, and each year we talk new family into joining us.

New Changes and Updates to Brevort Lake Cabins

This was a busy spring at Brevort Lake Cabins. We are excited to announce updates and improvements to the property.

  • June of 2024 – Fisher’s Delight – A 100’ long dock was built that is sturdy enough to tie a boat up for a period of time.  You will not be able to keep your boat tied up for the entire stay since the water can get rough quickly so boats should be removed at the launch in case of bad weather.
  • June of 2024 –  A sleeper sofa has been purchased for Coop’s Lakefront 1 cabin and Cam’s Lakefront 2 cabin. These sofas are very comfortable and have storage space under the chaise for sleeping linens.
  • May of 2024 – A new well was installed so the cabins now have good, clear, drinkable water.
  • May of 2024 – All three cabins had new mini split units installed for heating and air conditioning.  The remote is set to automatic so it will switch to the correct mode to maintain the temperature.  It cools the cabins off quickly and is quiet.
  • April of 2024 – Coop’s Lakefront 1 cabin and Cam’s Lakefront 2 cabin also had a total renovation of the showers. Old showers were torn out and new tiled showers installed. New kitchen faucets were also installed.
  • April of 2024 – All three cabins had new flooring installed.
  • New outdoor furniture was added.
  • New linens are now provided for all 3 cabins along with updated dishes, utensils, glasses, coffee pots, etc.
  • New dining table and chairs in Lowry’s Bunkhouse and Coop’s Lakefront Cabin 1
  • Cleaning will be provided on a weekly basis for tenants.
  • Automated booking request form with an automated short term lease process with electronic signature for signing.
  • Mosquito spraying will take place throughout the summer.
